don't know if this is a global thing but i've just been told by a pimo member of my old congregation that a min servant has been given the task of destroying all old books/literature in the kh library prior to 1992.. could be the elders (or even one of them) on a mission to stamp out dissent as my ex-wife used the same reasoning to her elder dad that i used in my jc: rutherfords books containing failed predictions.. anyone else heared anything?.

the ms who's been given the task is a company man.

no hope of him keeping them or selling them on ebay.. they have some russell books in that library too.

if you had 2 minutes with an old witness friend or with a family member to convince them the 'truth' is a lie and the gb isnt being directed by god what would you say to get their attention that might make them question their beliefs?.

I told my mrs that if Jehovah actually came down and announced himself as god....threw a couple of lightning bolts at some rascals,raised people from the dead,walked on water....ate a thousand hot dogs in 2 minutes....she would still wait to ask the governing body if it was okay to acknowledge him.....she got pissed at this....and ironically phoned the branch asking as to what kick in the bollocks would be most effective against an apostate twat.

TBH......their advice was quite effective......as one of my bollocks has swollen to the size of a space hopper due to her footwork.

The statue represents the metals of the planets.

Gold=sun

Silver=moon

Bronze=Jupiter and Venus (the two benefics).....Jupiter's metal is tin and Venus's is copper.

Iron=Mars

Clay (earth) = Saturn.

Where is mercury though?.......It is nebuchadnezzars dream.....and Nebo in his name means the planet Mercury.

Although the metal of Saturn is lead....he is also connected with earth/clay.

References to YHWH in ancient documents

provides a listing to show “the rendering of ‘god’s name’ in various languages”.. the facts do not support either assertion that the watchtower society makes:.

YHVH represents the four elements...earth,water,air and fire.

Two of those are female/negative/passive elements...the two "heh's"......those represent earth and water.

Two are the male/active/positive elements..."yod" represents fire and "vav" represents air.

In an earlier post I said John represents the summer solstice and Jesus the winter solstice.....however they also represent the four elements in the bible....but you wont see it until you understand the patterns.

John represents the female/passive elements of earth and water....and Jesus represents the male/positive elements of air and fire.

John 3:31 Jesus says this about John

"the one who is from the earth belongs to the earth, and speaks as one from the earth."

John is the man of EARTH with his camel hair garments and eating locusts.....and he also baptizes people in WATER.....the two elements of EARTH and WATER.

Jesus represents the male/active elements of AIR and FIRE.

John himself tells you this at Matthew 3:11

"I baptize you with WATER for repentance. But after me comes one who is more powerful than I, whose sandals I am not worthy to carry. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and FIRE.

We see the element of fire....however...where is the element of AIR?

The word "spirit" means "AIR"........so there we see the four elements right in front of us in the scriptures....earth,air,fire and water......YHVH......it's not a name...it's the four elements......
